Copy and paste that location into windows file explorer. This is the path the zip files get downloaded to. In LPC on the configuration panel is a Plugin Cache textbox. You will need to manually delete the corrupt zip file. Since LPC attempts to reuse cached zip files to minimize bandwidth usage, this leads to a problem that isn't self corrected. Somewhere along the way packets are being dropped.LOTRO Plugin Compendium (LPC) is a utility application to assist in installing and updating lotro LUA plugins. It's lag between your PC and the LoTRO servers. If you need my PC specs or any other info, I can post them at your request. I don't want this particular issue to get buried within a thread about something different. Which is why I wante this as it's own separate thread. Note: I am not sure whether this problem is the same problem as the lag/hitching issue. Is anyone else getting this same problem? Everything points to this being an issue on the lotro client/server/connection side. If it was my system or my ISP it would have been happening there as well. I also want to note that i never had this issue at all while playing SWTOR for two months. The ISP tech said it's most likely the game server losing packets with my connection to the server. I never had a single time-out, or lost any packets. I contacted my ISP and we ran exhaustive checks on my connection and PC, and we tested my ping constantly for a long time pinging random sites. I was stuck again several times in the last couple hours of playing today. It happened before the most recent patch, and it is still happening. This happens every time I play, the 2-3 seconds of being stuck. When I restart the game everything is working normal. Most times this only happens for about 2-3 seconds, but sometimes it lasts much longer, and on rare occasions it lasts so long that I quit lotro, and restart the game. Landscape creatures and things keep moving like normal. The rest of the game seems to be working except my character cannot move and cannot use any skills. The only thing I can do is rotate them in one spot. My characters will be fighting, or walking, or running, or riding, and they instantly stop in one place, and are stuck.
